FastSub processes email, a securely hashed password, Telegram ID and username when Telegram is linked, technical session data, payment history and support requests. AI prompts are used only to provide the service and preserve the user’s chat history.

2. Why we use it

We use this data to create and secure accounts, provide website, bot and API access, process payments, prevent abuse and answer support requests.

3. Storage and sharing

We do not sell personal data. Payments are handled by the relevant payment providers. Data is retained only as needed for service delivery, security and legal obligations.

4. Your choices

You may request correction of your data through support. Account deletion begins after an email-code confirmation and is completed within 24 hours; payment and dispute records that must be retained are anonymised.
